Email address/forwarding with purchased wordpress domain & new squarespace?

  Hey guys, I currently have a domain name paid for/registered through WordPress that I have since reoriented to point toward another Squarespace page (no hard feelings…it’s not you, it’s me.) I know you guys have the really cool email forwarding feature, but I wasn’t sure whether it would still work in my situation.

  So, 1.) If it does work, what’s the best way to tackle it? (I keep getting an error message saying I need to point the domain back to WordPress before I can use the feature.)

  and 2.) If it won’t work, are there any other options you’d suggest to help with email forwarding with the custom domain name I’ve purchased from you guys?

  Hey Josh!

  Let’s get your email up and running :)

  You must have WordPress.com name servers in order to use email forwarding. Because you’ve mapped your domain to an outside webhost, you can no longer use WordPress.com email forwarding.

  You can add full service email hosting, as email forwarding no longer applies in your case. Here is information about setting that up:
