Add topic to favorites
I have a notification that email address change is pending response from email to new address. I never received an e-mail.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,

I don’t see any recent email address updates on your account, nor do our logs show that we sent you any such email recently. Did you receive the email from an @wordpress.com address, or somewhere else?

If you suspect someone is trying to make changes to your WordPress.com account, please update your password immediately from your account settings page. It might be a good idea to update your email password as well, just to be safe:

If that notification came from your site, you need to log into the site’s WP-Admin dashboard and update your password under Users ->My Profile. Your site is not hosted on our servers, so we have no control over your login for the site itself. You can ask in the self-hosted forums if you need any more help with that.

Please don’t assume someone is asking about a self-hosted site just because that’s the link included in their post. This question can just as easily be regarding their WordPress.com username account, in which case this is the correct place to ask for help.
