Email alerts

    Hi All.
    I want to make some changes to blogs which have already been published. This will be to photos and the publishing date.
    Will those of my readers who’ve signed up for automatic email alerts relating to new posts receive these alerts every time I make a change? If the answer is ‘yes’, can I temporarily switch these alerts off? How is this done?
