email alerts to followers

  When I publish a new blog, an email goes to my followers with the entire blog post in it. I want either none of the post to be included, or only a small part – maybe the first two or three sentences. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

  Dashboard >> Settings >> Reading >> Feed to only show summery >> remember to save changes (at the bottom of the page)
