Email and contact details?

  Since I bought my domain name a few days ago, I have been inundated with emails from developers asking if I want them to work on my site (I don’t). Where are they getting my email address and name from? This is worrying me, I have NO contact details on my site at all yet – where are they accessing my details from?

  If you didn’t add private registration to your domain name purchase, they are most likely getting it from any domain registrar’s “Whois” page which lists all your contact details.
