email and domain name

    I have 2 issues I’d like to resolve:
    1) Since changing my DNS over to wordpress, my emails are no longer working. How do I fix my email? My email provider said I should change the MX record to: sherman.itasca.net. I believe I’ve done this.

    2) I paid $99 thinking that someone would be able to go to http://www.2outsidein.com and get my website. However it appears that they still go to 2outsidein.wordpress.com… How do I change that? If I can’t, then I’m pretty sure I’d like to get a refund.

    They’re correct! You will need to move your DNS records over to WordPress.com as explained here:

    DNS records

    It looks like you entered one MX record. Can you confirm that’s all that is necessary from your email provider? Also, could you let me know who your email provider is?

    You can definitely do that! You’ll just need to change the primary domain on your account here:

    Can you give that a try?
