Hello, I am using a free WordPress template.
1- Does it come with an email address? If so, how do I configure it and add it to my web site?
2- How do I reorder the menu buttons?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

On WordPress.com, we do not provide email hosting, but you can connect email hosting from another provider to your custom domain. Here are instructions for using email with your custom domain:

thank you. However when I open a page or create a page, I don’t see any other button on top than “ADD MEDIA”. When I look at the link you kindly shared (https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/), I can see “ADD POL” and “ADD CONTACT FORM”.How can I access this “ADD CONTACT FORM” button please?

I haven’t been able to replicate your issue. You should see the following:
Can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies?
If you are still having a problem, let me know, and we can take the next troubleshooting step, once I get more feedback.

Really sorry for the trouble:
1- am using Chrome and performed the requested clearing. No joy. I can still only the “Add Media” button when I go into page edit.2- on a different topic: is there a way to clear the message currently at the bottom of each page: “CREATE A FREE WEBSITE OR BLOG AT WORDPRESS.COM. THE PENSCRATCH THEME.” ?

If possible, send me a screenshot, so I can better understand the issue. You can simply upload the screenshot to your Media Library, like any other image, and I’ll be able to access it from there.

Note that even sites hosted through our VIP program, such as the TED blog, display a credit to WordPress.com in the footer.
