    email and name fields in contacts are pre-filled with my own name and email. How do I get it to stop doing this?

    Log out of WordPress.com

    Then you will not see personal information autofilled in your contact form.

    The autofill is a convenience for any logged in users of wp.com

    For example, if I visit your contact form, my own name email et al will be there. If I log out from wp.com, then it won’t be there.

    No one else can see your personal information on the contact form.

    I am trying to add a “Contact Form” to my new WP Blog http://billbogatorskitchen.wordpress.com/

    1, Add title to my create Contact Form
    2. Choose “Radio Style”
    3. Add three optional radio-style answers
    4. Save field
    4. Click “add form to your post”
    5. Nothing happens and there is no Contact Form on my post

    Suggestions? Thanks in advance for the help.
