Email and Password Changed
-
Dear Support,
We received an email today from wordpress that our password has been changed. We however have not made this change. Now we cannot access teje-procesos word press account with the password we have always used. When we have tried to apply for account recover, but we were unable to because it asked us for information we do not have at our disposal, given we hired a website designer to create our website we do not have initital emails with transaction ID or activation url. We only received from him a wordpress username and password. We have already tried out to reach to him but have not received a reply. For proof of ownership, you can see that we have logged in previously with password provided by wordpress, my account (email visible only to moderators and staff) has been linked to this account, and you can verify you are speaking with owners of tejeprocesos by emailing our official email adtress (email visible only to moderators and staff) o (email visible only to moderators and staff). Hope you can help us solve this problem as soon as possible. We are a bit worried.
Thank you in advance!
Kind regards,

Hi Pamela,
Account recovery issues are always frustrating, and I would say even a bit scary. I had a look at the site tejeprocesos.com, and noticed that it is not hosted with WordPress.com, but with GoDaddy.

You can find more details about WordPress.com and WordPress.org on this page:

That said, while we can’t help with your site here, I recommend checking this article on how to reset your password:
