Email and password changed without my permission

I received an email on Wednesday stating that my email address had been changed and to reply if it wasn’t me who requested the change. It wasn’t me so I replied. My password has been changed too and I can no longer access my blog.
Since then I have had no response to my requests for help. I have tried account recovery and had no response. I just want my blog back. Please help.

Thanks for your reply. I asked on Twitter and they told me to me to email the help address. The help email told me to ask on the forum. Anyway, it’s been 2 days now but hopefully someone will get back to me.
