Email and website need to transfer to my new domain.

  I have a new website and email address. The old web address and email used to transfer over to the new now it doesn’t. Lots of people still have the old address. Very frustrating. Something to do with MX codes and all that stuff. Way beyond me. Wish someone could help at WP. I paid $300 for a subscription. Kind of sucks right now.

  You need to restore the domain coolertennis.com to this account to forward it to your new domain, correct?

  Hi there,

  Your domain, coolertennis.com, no longer works, because you cancelled it on 8 June. Cancelling a domain means you give up ownership of it, and it also causes the DNS to stop resolving and any forwards or redirects you have set up to stop working.

  Please confirm if you want us to restore that domain.

  I paid $300 for a subscription.

  You’re referring to the Business Plan you bought in August last year. You cancelled that as well on 8 June, so you no longer own any paid upgrade with us at this point.

  You emailed us on 7 June asking for help to cancel these upgrades and close your account.
