Email attached to blog

I have bought the email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) through namecheap. They have told me that WordPress host it. I followed your help and put in the relevant wording for the DNS and says it works now. I don’t know how or where to now access my email.

Hi there,
I just tried that and didn’t work. Contacted Namecheap and have told me that they don’t host the email. They only connect the blog to the email. WordPress host it and should come to you guys for help. I am totally lost and have no idea what to do and why it isn’t working. Can you please help from wordpress server point of view please?

Ah – there’s the problem. On WordPress.com we don’t provide email hosting, but you can connect email hosting from another provider to your custom domain.
You can purchase email hosting from Namecheap here, or you can use one of our recommended providers here:
