email Authentication

hello, we have a website with you which is: https://www.andapt.com/
we send out confirmation emails when clients register under (email visible only to moderators and staff) that all end up in our clients’ spam boxes and do not pass the google authentication causing them to be flagged as phishing and other dangers. We spoke to the google support team 3 times, and have all come to the conclusion that it is a WordPress authentication issue and not a gmail one. Please let me know how we can get our sender to be authenticated and what needs to happen through WordPress to make sure our company can do what it needs to to.

andapt.com is a WordPress.org site hosted by Network Solutions, rather than WordPress.com. The differences between the two are explained here:
We can only help with WordPress.com sites hosted on our own servers but support for self hosted sites is available on the WordPress.org support forums:
