  Is email available with my wordpress.com free account? I.E., an email account associated with my blog…

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You cannot have a free email like
  (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  But, you can have emails for Custom Domains, which can hosted on WordPress with paid plan or also there are free Email hosting like Zoho, also you have the option to use Email Forwarding to be able to help you as well, have a look at the support document here https://en.support.wordpress.com/add-email/
