email blog post alert not getting sent out

  Do you know why by blog page is not sending emails to people on the subriber list? Is it a setting I am missing?

  Correct account: Yes

  Hi there!

  I’m not showing you have any email subscribers – only WordPress.com followers. Followers will see your posts in their Reader and can opt-in to receive email notifications for new posts in their Reader management settings. This isn’t something you turn on – each follower needs to opt-in to those emails.
