  I would like to add EMAIL CAPTURE to my wordpress web site. How can I add this plug in?!

  We don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org.

  However, you can add a Follow Blog widget to your sidebar via Appearance -> Widgets in your Dashboard to allow folks to subscribe via email.
