  I do not have access to my old work email (email visible only to moderators and staff), so i want to change it to my personal mail (email visible only to moderators and staff) but it wont allow me could you please help

  If you’re able to log in, you don’t need access to the old email address. We have a guide here that explains how to change your email address and you just need access to the new email address:
