    Hello folks,
    I would like to change my email. But there exist a profile, I have in the past, but is already closed, with the address I would like to have. Is there a possibility to change my Gmail address to my professional email address? If I try to change the email address system shows a notification “That e-mail address is already being used” and it is not true, because that account has been deleted. I have checked it by trying to log in with my email and the account is displayed as deleted…

    What to do…?

    What is the email address you’re trying to use?

    If you write it here as a normal email address, it will be visible only to staff.

    Hi many thanks for your message. I have (email visible only to moderators and staff) currently, but I would like to use (email visible only to moderators and staff) what is my business emai address. Many thanks for help

    Ok, that email address was used on a deleted account, so it is not available.

    It will eventually be released, but alternatively, you can recover that account (and thus its email address) by replying to the account deletion confirmation email.

    If you have a third email address, or use an alias, you’ll then be able to switch out that email address and bring it over to this account.

    Hi, if I understand well next steps are needet:

    1) recover account with (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    2) on recovered accout change email to any other what I will create just for thatoccasion
    3) on dxpavel@gmail account change emal to the (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    4) recovered account closet or delleted again

    I am right?

    hi, step no 1…there is no way how to recover account where is no domain…I am stupid, sorry. If I put my email…it display, that I can recover my account by email..if I am trying it, it display that amount is deleted and I need recovery proces…so I follow instruction from display and move back to the primary screen…next try with some other email…it looks like progres…but nooo now is a stopper the missing domain ..because in my wordpress account are not domains (it is mean on account I would like undelete) and with case like that, probably form doesnt calculate…. if I put my dommain dxpavel.cz, is result wronk again and warning message is about domain, what is self hosted… no progress

    PLEASE how to recower my deleted account if I have identical email and no domain? Why it is so complicated…what I am doing wrong? MANY THANKS FOR PATIENCE AND HELP

    As mentioned earlier, to recover the deleted account, please reply to the deletion confirmation email, and they’ll get this taken care of for you.
