Email Change

    I have entered my student mail incrorrectly. Now I can’t change it because there is another account I made before. Even after I deleted it, WordPress still says that correct email already in use.

    Correct account: Yes

    We should be able to help you get this sorted out. I’m going to send an email so we can discuss the email addresses privately, and not have you share them here in the public forum.

    First, I want to make sure that I understand the problem. It sounds like a new account was started, and there was a typo in the email address. When you tried to change that email address you were unable to, because the correct email address already exists in our system on another account. Is that right?
