Email Change

  When I created a WordPress site for a client, I initially used my email address in the admin settings. Recently, I’ve been trying to switch over to her email address with no luck. She has clicked on that confirmation link in the ‘change’ email but still my email address is associated with her account. What should I do? Thanks for your help.

  Howdy,

  If both the blog and the user was created for the client, there are two places that would need to have the e-mail address changed. First, in the site’s dashboard in Settings->General for the blog’s notifications ( https://paulalicatasite.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php ) as well as http://wordpress.com/settings for the user account itself.

  We have both places since many sites have multiple users associated with it.

  It appears there was a change made around the same time this thread was posted, so everything might be set right now. If not, please let us know if you need any further assistance.
