email change

  I have two accounts. #1 Jenniferwilke has an email now obsolete. #2 jlwilke account has good email. Can’t succeed in changing #2 email and giving the good email to account #1. Will not allow. Messages are going to my obsolete email?

  Hi Jennifer,

  Please note that you cannot have two WordPress.com accounts associated with the same email. So, if you are trying to change the first account (Jenniferwilke) to the email under the second account (jlwilke) that would be impossible. I suggest changing the second account’s email to a different address just for the time being. This will free up the email address you want for the Account #1. Then, you can update the first account’s email address.
