I have requested a refund for the premium upgrade. I was unable to set up an email and requested that my email be changed to a personal email under account settings in order to receive the cancellation confirmation email. It continues to say that the requested email change is pending. I need to have this taken care of as soon as possible.

I posted this yesterday and still no response. When I posted this same question in another forum, I got a response in 10 minutes. However, the response explained that I was in the wrong forum and needed to start a new one. I would like an answer asap.
