Trying to change my email address. Not receiving the link at the requested email address. No longer have the original email address which I signed up with.

Hi there,
We are sending the emails to the new address, but they’re bouncing back with a “mailbox unavailable” error, so there is something wrong with the Outlook address.
Can you please go to your account settings and make sure there aren’t any errors in the new address you’ve entered?
