So I have been trying to change my email on my account (nooffensebutsite) and it wont let me change because it says that i have to confirm it through an email that I never received. Any help?

Every site has a sole owner and every username account is registered under a single email address.
Please make sure your email address is correct on this page https://wordpress.com/me/account as that is where the confirmation email will be sent to.
Check your email client spam filter please and if you use Gmail or a or G Suite account see here https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/gmail-issues/
