i want to change my admin email to my actual email which is (email visible only to moderators and staff) but it comes up as (email visible only to moderators and staff) and when i go to change it, it says it send an email verification to my email but it never does and i have tried all different ways, this is on my website creation side so I’m worried encase emails are going to be sent there that are meant for me.

The website you linked to, http://gaindigitalmedia.co.uk/, is a self-hosted website and I would suggest you post your question on the WordPress.org forums, https://wordpress.org/support/, as this is the forum for WordPress.com hosted websites.
Having said that, here is a link with a couple of methods to change your admin email in WordPress.org, https://www.enginethemes.com/change-wordpress-admin-username/, and also check if the confirmation email is not going to your spam folder.

Are you trying to update your WordPress.com account email, or your site’s admin user email? I can see your WordPress.com account email was updated around the same time you created this thread.
If it’s your admin email, that secureserver.net section indicates this is something that may be getting generated on GoDaddy’s end, so please try contacting them for help with this. They might have their own method of making this change via their admin panel.
