  For some reason my login is not working. I was login in with the username wpadmin, my email is (email visible only to moderators and staff) but both of these logins are not letting me set a new password?

  Hey catkiinson,

  I really need help with this. It is not letting me reset my password as both my usernames are not working. I have no idea why.

  The account you’re using to post here was created yesterday, and does not own any sites on WordPress.com. What site are you trying to access?

  If your site is using the open source WordPress software we cannot help with this, as we have no control over your admin login for those types of sites – in that case the password is stored directly in your site database on your hosting provider’s servers and has nothing to do with any WordPress.com username account.
