  Hello I have not go an email to confirm email change, also it is very difficult to navigate to live chat and it is very frustrating. Can someone help me.

  Hi royyamada,

  I’m not seeing any pending change of email address on your WordPress.com account. Are you trying to change the email address from the Account Settings page? Or do you need help with another site or account?

  Live chat is a feature of plans but we provide support for users without upgrades on these forums :)
