  Hello, the email change is pending for 10 days. I confirmed the change by clicking on the link in the new email. In fact, I went back in after a few days and clicked it again. The change is not taking place. Please advise. Thank you.

  Sorry to hear about the issue you faced. I couldn’t figure out why it didn’t work, but I’ve reset the pending change. Can you try updating the email address again on this page: https://wordpress.com/me/account – and click the confirmation link that will be sent?
