Email changed without my consent

    I’ve been trying to make some amendments on my website and found out my email address has been changed to this email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) which I have no idea and don’t even know who did that. I went to my business email to check and found out a message was sent I’ve changed my email address to this (email visible only to moderators and staff) and if is not my I should contact admin which is myself. And I have no idea who did that as I don’t even know this email please. Sake of that I can’t make some amendments as that email needs to confirm which I have no clue. Please help me out. Thanks
