Email changes in Settings and User

  Hi! I built a website for a client and I’d need to change the email in the settings and in the user section but I’m not receiving the confirmation email. The site is http://d-immigration.com/ and the current email is (email visible only to moderators and staff) but I’d like it to replace it with (email visible only to moderators and staff).
