    I’m trying to change my email. I don’t have access to the old one any more (email visible only to moderators and staff) . You keep telling me I can’t change it because the new one (email visible only to moderators and staff) is associated with another account but I’m guessing it’s only associated with me.

    Hi there,

    The old email is associated with the j4zonian account you used to post here.

    The new email is associated with another WordPress.com account with a different username.

    For security reasons I can’t tell you the username associated with that email, but you’ll be able to access that account if you log out, and then use that email to reset the password for the other account.

    You’ll need to change the email address for the other account to something else. That will release the email so you can use it for this account instead.
