Email confirmation

  I received an email asking me to confirm my email address, which I did. But on my account page I still see an alert ‘We sent you an email to verify your contact information. Please complete the verification or your domain will stop working.’ I have now confirmed my email twice, but the alert has not gone away.

  Hi there, is the verification request showing in relation to your WordPress.com account, or a domain name? The two are separate items and as such do need to be verified separately. If you have a domain name that you’ve recently purchased, please do ensure that you’ve verified that too, so that it doesn’t end up being suspended for non-verification!
