Why am I not getting my confirmation email

For some reason WordPress is asking me to confirm my email but I haven’t gotten an email from wordpress, why?

Please make sure to check your spam folders. If you are using Gmail with tabs, be sure to check them all as well.

If after following @ariwinokur’s advice you still don’t see the confirmation emails let me know and we can confirm your accounts manually.

That is the address the email went to. If you do a search for help@wordpress.com that will help you find the email you need.
