email confirmation

  I continue hitting the send email confirmation so I can start posting but I never get the email confirmation. Can someone assist me with this?

  Check in your email spam filter and under your “social” tab in your Gmail account please, if you use it. https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/gmail-issues/

  Hi, I’m having the same issue. I’ve even tried changing the email address and my confirmation emails still won’t go through. I’m using a school email and just using the ‘mail’ app on my mac. I’ve hit resend multiple times and it just isn’t showing up. My blog is lindseyandandy.wordpress.com

  Hello, I’m also having the same problem. ursitek.wordpress.com
  I’m trying to get a feel for this platform but not being able to complete the registration is make that kinda difficult. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. :)

  Hi lle002,

  I checked our system and our emails to you are being rejected with the message, “The email account that you tried to reach does not exist.” Can you please double check the email address listed in your account settings to make sure it is correct?

  If it is correct, please contact your school’s IT department to make sure the email address they set up for you is working correctly and accepts emails from WordPress.com.
