  how worried it seems to be when email confirmation sent doesn’t come along with the (link) to authenticate (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  The verification email should contain a button, not a naked link. Click on that to verify your account.

  If you don’t see a button, then either your email or your browser settings are blocking it from displaying. Please contact support for your email provider or browser directly in that case.
