email confirmation for primary account not working

  email confirmation change not working.
  clicking on confirmation email sends me to login page and personal settings
  but then just says there is a pending email change.
  If you change it again, we just go around in circles?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I think that what is called “the blog address” cannot be changed. Look here:
