  I want to upload a theme but I’m unable to do due to my unconfirmed email as I haven’t received any mail.

  Hello there, are you currently on Business Plan? For your information, only Business Plan users can upload a theme to WordPress.com sites.

  I’m adding the modlook tag in case you’re on Business Plan and you need help on that.
