Email confirmation not going through!!!

  I really need two student accounts confirmed but they are not receiving their emails, it states that it is going through but it is not in their mailbox, or spam! HELP!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Can you please tell me the usernames and/or email addresses of those students’ accounts? (You can give the email addresses in your reply here and they will be hidden from everyone except WordPress.com staff.)

  That way I can look up their account details to see what’s going on.

  Thanks for letting me know. I checked those email addresses in our system and I don’t see any evidence of problems receiving emails there. If those students are still having trouble with emails from WordPress.com, can you please ask them to email us directly at help@wordpress.com from those email addresses? That way, we can discuss their account details with them directly.

  do you see that they have two accounts? This may be the issue?

  I can’t discuss their account details until I hear directly from the owners of those two email addresses. Can you please ask them to email us at help@wordpress.com so we can discuss the issue with them directly?
