  Actually i just make the account but didnt get mail

  If you are using gmail, then please check the Social or Updates tab for the confirmation link. If it isn’t there, then check the Spam folder.

  Or maybe wait for a while because WordPress sometimes takes a lot of time to send the confirmation link.

  And also double check the email address listed at wordpress.com/me/account/ as that is where the email will be delivered.

  If you did everything correctly, but still not receiving then you will need staff assistance for your issue. So, tag this question with the modlook tag so that it gets the staff attention.
