Email Domain Changed

Hi All,
We recently had to change our domains email server to our head office’s microsoft exchange server. Our website still works perfectly but it appears to be trying to send emails via the historic server – or isn’t working at all. The email addresses are still the same but the new accounts don’t pick up the emails.
And idea how I can change this within my Dashboard so the automated emails will send?
