Email down after domain mapping – Help Needed
-
Hello, I have recently migrated a site to WordPress, mapping the domain to wordpress through the domain upgrade.
I had access to a Data Panel where the domain was bought (Feroz, dattacom.com.ar) which let me visualize DNS records.
The MX, A and CNAME records from there were added to the DNS management section. Emails were working fine up until yesterday.
CNAME autodiscover EXCHANGE.BIRAGNET.COM.
MX 10 mx1.biragnet.com.
A webmail 200.58.122.206The data panel to view and modify DNS records has disappeared, as biragnet.com is now part of wordpress and so biragnet.com/dattapanel no longer works.
I have deactivated biragnet.com from being my primary domain to see if i can get these options back.
How can i retrieve my email addresses, which are
(email visible only to moderators and staff)
(email visible only to moderators and staff)so that i can get rid of hosting and keep email?
I have looked everywhere and cannot find the answer as this data panel website is not a major USA hosting site.
Any help would be kindly appreciated.
Thanks

All emails are redacted here. staff can still read them but nobody else can.
WordPress.com does not have mail servers and does not supply email services. You can use email forwarding to set up a custom email, however, following these instructions http://en.support.wordpress.com/email-forwarding/
