Hi there, I do not see The Business Plan on your account, so I would assume you are talking about a self-hosted WordPress installation on different hosting service. These forums are for those hosted here at WordPress.com.
For self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours, I would suggest asking for help either directly from the WooCommerce website, or on the WooCommerce plugin support forum at WordPress.org.
