Email error – you said I have a bill

    You sent me an email saying I have a bill for 10gb coming soon. I cancelled my site and shouldn’t have anything being paid for.
    Except my domain which I still pay for through you. Please explain this other email?

    Hi vikkibramwell,

    The account you are logged in to hasn’t purchased any upgrades on WordPress.com, which suggests you have another. Can you log out of vikkibramwell, then log back in using the email address your renewal reminder was sent to and reply here? I can look over the other account and check the upgrade has been cancelled.

    If you have any trouble logging in to the other account, please let me know the address of the site you need help with.

    this is my other account.. I canceled everything over a year ago and I’ve seen i was charged last year and now potentially again in a few days
    I need a refund and a full cancellation except for the domain

    You’re right. You have already canceled your 10GB Space upgrade and you won’t be charged for it ever again. The only upgrade on your account is the registration for the domain chinabambi.com.

    I need a refund for last year though as I shouldn’t of been charged for that when i closed my whole site down.

  • It’s not possible to refund any purchases or renewals after 30 days. We won’t be able to refund that for you.
