Email follow-up Comments to Me… functionality

  When leaving comments on Blogger pages, you are presented with a check box that allows you to select, “Email follow-up comments to <<your@e-mailaddress>>”. If you select this when making a comment, and there are future comments on that same post, you will receive a notification via e-mail. That way a person doesn’t have to go back and check a particular post for further comments. They’ll simply be notified if there are any further comments in that post.

  I personally think this is pretty cool functionality. I was wondering if anyone knew of a setting or plug-in for WordPress that would do something similar.

  Any recommendations would be appreciated.

  We use the “My Comments” in the dashboard currently; aside from that we don’t have any plugins on wordpress.com givings us this function. Sounds cool though!
