Hi there, if this reader subscribed by email to your blog posts, there’s a link in the new post notification email to “See all comments”. In case she has clicked that link and doesn’t see comments added to the post, she may need to hard refresh her browser window.
If she has a WordPress.com account, she can also see comments in the Reader.
If neither of those are working, it might be helpful to have her post in this thread with her email address. The email address won’t be publicly visible, but Staff will still be able to see it.

Thank you for your response, justjennifer.
I don’t think she has a WordPress.com account.
Here’s her post from our blog:

Thank you.

Hello again, as a forum volunteer I’m not able to see your dashboard, but do I understand that the issue is that her comment isn’t visible on the post itself? Do you see the comment in your blog’s dashboard as Approved?
I’ve gone ahead and flagged your thread for Staff assistance. Thanks for your patience while they get back to you.

Hi there,
This is a direct link to the post from your blog:

I see quite a few of her comments on her post (while both logged in and logged out), but it would be hard to determine which comment she is referring to not being able to see without knowing the exact comments that were made. I see that several other users are trying to clarify which comment she is referring to as well.
To clarify, it appears she is trying to find one particular comment – is she unable to see any of her comments at the moment?
