Email Follower Cannot Receive Posts

I have an email follower who no longer receives my posts. We’ve tried everything. Can you help get her back on? My blog is http://travelsandtrifles.wordpress.com/ . The follower is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

Hi Tina,
It looks like a new post email was sent to that subscriber on 6/8/14. Can you confirm that the user did receive the notification?

I thought I previously responded that the follower did NOT receive the notification. I’ve not heard back from anyone since.

Hey Tina,
That’s odd – it looks like they’re still subscribed and should be receiving notifications regularly. If you have direct contact with that user, please ask them to check their spam folder. If not, please let me know if you hear of the same issue from another user!

Hi Jeremy, for some reason I didn’t get your response to my last message :-( altho I am subscribed. Anyway, I had her check spam as soon as she told me she hadn’t received the post. No luck, there was nothing there. BTW, she is having the same problem with another wordpress blogger. Any other ideas??

Hi Tina,
It looks like the user was sent an email for your posts on 6/15/14. It doesn’t look like she’s blocked us from sending her emails so she should be receiving them. You mentioned she’s having trouble receiving notifications from another blog. Has she had trouble from every WordPress.com blog she follows or just a handful? She can see what blogs she’s subscribed to here when logged in:

Hi Tina,
It looks like that user was sent new post notifications from your blog on 6/15/14 and the other blog she’s following on 6/17/14. I noticed she’s using a Gmail address. Are the messages getting caught in her “Social” tab?
