Email Follower Not Receiving Posts

  My friend tried to follow me by entering her email address. I think she received an email from WordPress to confirm and may have deleted that. Anyway, she never receives any emails from my posts. She has checked her spam folder and they’re not there either. She’s tried to re-register, but the system tells her she’s already registered. I can see her email address among my followers. but I can’t delete her. What does she need to do?

  I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Will you please provide the username or email address? The software will redact ie. HIDE the email address so only Staff can see it. After you do that subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  Hi there!

  I just checked our records for that email address and it is subscribed to your blog and we sent an email for your latest post. Can you have her check the Social tab in her inbox? As well as the spam folder.
