Email followers

I have checked my email followers a couple of times and it stays at the same number even though I know others have subscribed. I watched my husband sign up but I still can’t see his email showing as a follower along with several others. Can this be fixed? What am I doing wrong?

I have the same problem. I’ve looked at the “help section ” and there are several other users wondering about the absence of email followers too. (I’ve gotten notifications about these followers. I know they signed on.) What gives? Wish someone from WordPress would answer this.

Just found the answer! I went to the side bar on the MY SITE section. I clicked “people”. it opened in a new page. At the top, it listed “team” and “followers” and “email followers”. I clicked the email followers and they were all there!!! Don’t know why wordpress hides this feature. Very annoying.

What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you refer to please?
We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted blogs. Our support docs do not apply to (1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or (2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM. If you are referring to a WordPress.ORG install then you are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

I tried looking at my email followers and it only lists 4 and I know I have more than that
