Email followers

  See my email followers. It says I have 164 followers on my homepage but then when I click on my insights page it says I have none.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hey there @diaryofninemonths,

  I believe what your seeing is the grand total number provided by the Follow Blog Widget. This includes:

  – WordPress.com users following your blog, and
  – Any followers from connected Publicize services (Facebook and Twitter)

  Publicize connects your social media services to your blog. You’re probably seeing the total of social media followers.

  (You can see stats here: https://wordpress.com/stats/insights)

  If you would like to email your followers, check out the Subscriptions and Newsletters support page. This would be specifically for WordPress.com users following your blog.

  And, here’s more details on seeing your Followers through Stats -> Insights. This includes the ones from Publicize.
