email followers aren't showing up

Hi, I’ve had several friends use the “follow blog by email” button, but then report that they have not gotten any updates. Do they need a wordpress account and need to be logged in to do this? Is there a way that non-wordpress members can get post updates by email?

I have the same problem at boostfgc.com I also notice that the box for entering the email address is not visible unless you click on it. And it is confusing because if people click the follow button without entering their email it does not give them an error message but takes them to wordpress to create a blog

Yes, and I can’t find a list of email followers in my dashboard, either. I also realized that wordpress doesn’t notify me when I get a new email follower, as it does when I get a new wordpress follower. My theme is Bueno.
